Fumetto Comic Festival 2021

The Fumetto Comic Festival has been exhibiting international comic artists annually since 1992 and is the worldʼs most important platform for comic creation. Since 2018, we have been designing the overall visual presence of the festival. With the visual vocabulary of comics and the typeface drawn especially for the festival, we have developed a sign system that we combine every year in a new and playful way and apply to all communication media. Due to the pandemic, the festival will take place in digital space and with satellite exhibitions by Swiss artists. The motto of the 2021 festival is “Total Swissness” or “Persevering in the cheese holes”.
